Diamond goby acting weird

Noticed him breathing funny and happened to grab a clip of it, . I just got him yesterday and hes built his tunnels just wanna make sure hes alright

Is it doing this in the presence of the shrimp or regularly. This gill/mouth motion may be due to gill flukes. It will be a hard fish to catch but a 5 minute FW dip will offer relief assuming gill flukes or PraziPro.

When hes in his tunnel I dont notice him doing it at all, so it may be just when he is around the shirmp

Many of my fish extend their gills and mouths for cleaning when near the shrimp. Just keep an eye on it to confirm this is the case

Watching him right now and I actually think he does want the shrimp to clean him
