I recently got a diamond goby and ever since its been in there it has been clouding up the water by just kinda slinging sand around. Im worried about some of my other fish and corals. I assumed he would kinda calm down and stop but its been going on for almost 2 days now. Will he stop, or should I do somthing? Also, is it bad for the fish to be in cloudy water for like a day and a half?

I’d recommend doing a parameter check to see, especially on nitrate/nitrite and ammonia.

He should calm down because to me this sounds like he’s making his burrow. Although it sounds like a relatively new tank so be prepared to dose pods weekly until the population is stable (1-2 years old, even then I’d still dose pods monthly just in case).
