My new diamond goby is not following directions. I thought I was clear....;):) He's supposed to clean the sand for the whole tank...lol

He found his spot.

The mountain keeps growing. Started on one on the opposite side of rock.

If you buy something with an intended purpose like eating algae or cleaning sand, it's virtually a guarantee they will do the opposite. :D
X2 haha

My sand sifting gobies took weeks even months before making their way around the tank. None of them cleaned the whole sand bed as I would have liked! :D

He's now burying my rock flower nem. Should I blow the sand off, or let the nem move on it's own.

Mine does the same thing. He has one spot under a large tunnel of rockwork that he works in. The sand in there is pristine and mounded up really high. Won't touch the sand anywhere else. He's a punk.

When my rock flower anemone gets sand in it, I'll blow it off with the baster. I've let it go for a day or two and it doesn't seem to clean itself off, so I always do it for it.

Mine loves to cover on piece of my rock completely with sand. It has gotten to the point that now every time I put the turkey Bastet in the water to clean off the rock she attacks it. She does clean my entire sandbed so I guess I can't complain to much.

Smooth out his pile every time he seems satisfied with it. Like petting a cat after they have been grooming themselves for 30 minutes.

My fishy eats the whole bed my bed looks so shiny like brand new
