Hi,
I have a 50 gal cube tank. It has close to 2 1/2 inches of sand all around. I have a diamond goby and was wondering if I could add a blue spotted jaw fish? The other tank mates are a black cap basslet, a coral beauty, and two banzai cardinals. This is a mixed reef tank.
thank you

I have a gold head sleeper goby and yellow headed jawfish in a 150 gallon. Every now and then the goby will chase the jawfish into his burrow, but not too often. I think in a 50 gallon cube it probably would be a problem. Mine have 10 square feet of substrate to create separate territories. A 50 cube is only 4 square feet, they would likely fight for territory and the goby would win that fight.
