Hi guys,
This wrasse has been very lethargic the last 2 days
He lays on the sand bed, but really breathing hard or fast.
His buddy from the same store just died from UNWD
There are a few things it could be.
The neurologist wrasse disease.
His belly might look a bit big and bloated
Or my DKH got overdosed my Neptune and DK went way too high. Currently at 13.5

Not sure if same issue but if UNWD, it either cannot swim well, swims tail down or swims with a bent spine and despite all this, the wrasse will still attempt to feed and display no damage such as crashing into objects. Other could be depending where fish is from, cyanide capture which is delayed but the fish ends up in this state.
Heavy breathing can also be flukes but time is of essense to determine which. Add seration with air stone and even do water change.
I mentioned some symptoms above.
Do any apply?

I’ve done a few big water changes lately due to my DK being high.
He swims totally fine, but I noticed him laying on the sandbed. I fed them and he swam around but wasn’t really eating.
His breathing is not really fast or strained.
Only abnormal thing i noticed was his belly looks bigger

Sounds like bloating to me. Needs antibiotics.
