Hi Everyone,

I noticed if I put my light on full blast diatom explodes on the sand and the CUC dont have enough time to clean it all up. If I dim the light and or limit the lighting they clean it up in time.

Question should I go full blast on lighting and let it work it work its course or leave the lights off?

Thanks T

You need to find the source of silicates which is what causes them to bloom. Typically this comes from tap water or when your DI resin is beginning to be used up (in an RODI unit)
