Diatom or other? Video attached

So people have said diatom but im not completely sold on that as it doesnt look like dust, it is waving. My tank is 10 weeks old and it started about at 4 weeks. I have plenty flow and use rodi water that I tested last night and found no silicates. My nitrates stay at 5 and phosphate reads 0. All my test kits are salifer that I go exactly by the direction. Would appreciate some replies. Thank you

I can see the video now. MOV movies will not play on apple devices. Maybe you can download an app but I have not.

Diatoms are likely because your aquarium is new. See taricha: tests for diatoms, cyano, and dinos.

So I never noticed before but after looking at what he posted about the test. When I wiped the glass it wasnt strings and seemed to turn to dust so im going with diatoms. After installing the UV sterilizer and adding chemipure elite, I could see it dissipate day by day. All are gone off of my rocks. Just a bit on my sand and glass. Probably because its still in the water im assuming. Again, thanks for all your help I really do appreciate it!!!! Pics were taken while lights were almost ramped down but you can still see that its GONE!
