Tank is 2 months old, LFS recommended chemiclean. I used it, did a water change looked good for a week now its back. I have been using ro water from the Walmart fill your own station that I read is bad today. Levels are good,ca and kh low but going to start using tropic Marin.
PH 8.2
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Ca 350
Kh 9.2
Mg 1360

I might be worrying for no reason, but don't want something to get out of control. One of the rocks towards the top has trapped bubbles but that's the only one. I have 2 fish and 6 corals doing great, also am running beam works led.
Please help me out! Thank you for your time!

looks like dino to me, a good friend of mine had this problem as well. What he did was cut the lights off for 3 days, siphoned out as much of it as he could and raised his PH level to about 8.4-8.5. This worked for him, someone else might have a better idea, but this is one way.

If it looked good after the chemiclean treatment then it must be cyano. It would not remove dinoflagellates even temporarily. You need to use ro/di water of a good quality! Do another chemiclean treatment, and then run a skimmer to get the residual junk out of the water in addition to the 20% water change. It is normal to have to do back to back treatments sometimes. Siphoning out what you can before treatment is good, too!

I have the same problem but I think mine is cyano bacteria
Only thing is growing on my corals and my anemone I had to speed up the circulation because my anemone would close don't know what to do [emoji30]
