Diatoms?? cyano???

Hey guys have had this tank up and running for about 3 months now. Its a 10 gallon I made into an AIO. It has a little clown in it and a few snails.

Temp 78

What exactly is this? And no I dont have a microscope. But if need be ill get one. Its mainly brown with a slighty to heavy purple tint in areas. Its likw a dust not

slimy.

Yes and no it blows of but the rock doesnt go back to white. Obviously the rocks not going to stay white forever.

The only way to know for sure is to get a sample under a microscope. I had the same "dusty"- like material that was indeed Dinos.

Mainly on rock a few small patches on sand. The rock is the reef saver from bulk reef supply. And I rinsed it in ro watwr but thats about it so it could be but was just wanting opinions.
