Diatoms gone!!!

For newbies!!
I had a huuuge diatom bloom.
Everything, sand rock, glass all covered and would come back after cleaning almost immediately.
I got copepods, some asterea, trochus, sand sifting and strawberry conch and it’s been less than a week and it’s all GONE.

yes diatoms normally pass in a week or two. Then comes the more colorful algae

The bloom I had was huge. I looked up similar and people said took months.
I have hair algae in my sump. Hopefully it’s not that lol. Most likely tho
