Diatoms? ID Please

For some reason it's a bit more red than what I'm used to diatoms being (might be my lighting), and it's also forming a bit thicker matt (not powdery like normal diatoms). Its definitely not moving so we can rule out dinos.

Thanks. Here's a couple more pictures. Hobby grade microscope. My tangs seem to be eating it btw, not sure if all of them, but at least the Tomini tang definitely.
