I need some help identifying what this is. I see the pictures of diatoms and cyano but this doesn’t look to be that dark. It started off only on the sand but has now started to progress up the rock work.

Tank has been setup for 9 weeks and has been reading steady at the below for the last 4 weeks.

Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 0.05
SG - 1.026
Alk - 10
PH - 8.0

I feed every other day and it’s only what the fish will eat.. about 1/4 a cube of Mysis.

Any help would be great.

Welcome to R2R!! Look like bacteria bloom.

Yeah, diatoms - keep up husbandry and get a good CUC and your bloom will be taken care off

What is best to get rid of this type of bloom? I have something similar.
