Looks like diatoms to me.

I'd have the lights off for a few weeks first.

And if they disappear after that it’s Dino’s?

Nah, just to restart things after a dark period where the tank has more time to mature. You could even add 1-2 Cerith snails to have running around in there during that time. Don't rush bringing the lights on.

Will do buddy, thanks for your help. They are off as of now and will be for the remainder of the cycle. Haven’t done a water change yet, but was told I don’t have too until cycle is over?

Ya...ammonia buildup would be the only reason, but that's unlikely to happen in the first place.
