What I thought was a diatoms bloom started 48 hours ago and went from nothing to this is 2 days. Is this a serious diatoms bloom? Or Dino's? Should I get into action or let it go? Also the only thing I cant test for is Phosphate.

Pars:
Ammonia-0
Nitrite-0
Nitrate-4
Sal-1.025
Temp-79.6
Calc-390
pH-8.3
Mag-1250
Iodine-.06
Strontium-6

Using only RODI water, 25% change 4 days ago with IO salt mix that I've used since day 1 Sunday marked the beginning of the 7th week of the tank.

Only way to 100% know is with a microscope. But seeing that your tank is new its most likely a diatom bloom. Hopefully those dead snails are from starvation or something else. Because dinos are known to kill snails or anything else that trys to eat them.

The "dead" snails are actually just shells I got from LFS for the hermits to get new homes if they wanted them, but that's what I was thinking, thanks for the reply
