Hey just wondering if this is diatoms or Dino. I recently beat a cyano outbreak and a week later this started appearing on the sand bed. The tank has been up since March 2022.
looks like diatoms for me. But don't take my word for it, test it. There was a paper filter method which I don't remember and a microscope way. $15 from Amazon and you will know for sure.
