Diatoms or Dinoflagellates?

Which problem is this. The tank 8 months old and was doing quite well. Low nitrates and low phosphates but then this problem arose. On checking my RODI system it required new some love and although only showing 1 TDS output I suspect it was letting silicates through.

That to me looks like cyanobacteria, start out with manual removal and increase water change frequency
Ok thanks for your help. That’s probably the best outcome of the three. I’m happy with that.
 
It doesn’t look like diatoms, and it looks the wrong colour for dinoflagellates (at least what I’ve seen anyway) so I would also go for cyno bacteria
