Diatoms or something else?

Tank is 6 months old, started with live rock and live sand. This stuff only shows on the sand bed and mostly clears up when lights off. Nitrates a bit high at 25ppm.

Diatoms and a little green cyano is what I see. Bring the nitrates and phosphates down a little bit and keep up on proper tank husbandry, they will eventually subside.
Also, how is the flow in there? They both do much better in tanks with little to no flow...

It’s a 25g lagoon with a sicce syncra 1.5 for return and an MP10 on reef crest mode at 50%
