Your system looks really new. If they are diatoms your best bet is to wait them out. Sit back and watch the uglies begin. They can get much worse than what you are seeing

It's difficult to maintain corals at one month unless you are a very experienced reefer. You should have left your lights off the first 4 months and allow your tank to build biodiversity and microfauna before adding corals and lights.
