Diatoms?!? Why is there so much algae

I am very confused past few days my algae growth has increased by a lot. It use to be only on the glass but now. It is all over my rocks sand everything. What is causing this. I've had this tank set up for about 5 months. So I don't think it is the diotom cycle seeing already went through it. Only difference is. I have a timer on my lights. And my atomic light are on higher intensity use to have it low as possible now I have it high as possible. Is that's what's causing the growth?

My nitrates and nitrite are both at 0

2 frozen brine every 2 hours. I don't know my phosphates

How big is the tank? 2 cubes of frozen every 2 hours? or every 2 days?

Same water. Possibly I use to feed 1 cube then 2 right before attinics

that dead snail doesn't help either. Try feeding once per day and do a water change of 25%

What size tank and what is your bio-load? That is a lot of food.
Also keep in mind that brine shrimp has very little nutrition. It is considered like popcorn for humans. Yummy but not much there.

Idk what else to feed them they've been growing a lot for 6 months. They've been eating that idk if they will want other food. I also don't know if they i will get enough food
