Diatoms?

Newbie, still getting used to identifying things. Is this diatoms?

Newish tank (got it secondhand) 8 gal AIO. No idea how long it had been setup beforehand. Have had it running about 3 weeks with no lights. As expected after getting lights set up I am seeing the start of this bloom after about 4 days. I’m assuming I should just let it be.

Salinity 34.3 ppt
dKH 11
pH 7.9
Nitrate 18
phos 0.13
calcium 430
mag 1280

Yep new tank set up goes through that many stages and ugly stage just let it run early days New tank means unstable and cycling
