Hi my tank has been up and running for about 3 weeks now all readings are good and I've now got cuc in
I have diatoms still left on the sand and on the Rock should i scrub this off or leave it

You can leave it alone, it will go away when its eaten all the silicates out of the water. No worries.
 
Just let your tank run its course. I didn't cycle my tank with my lights on all the time.
 
No, ya really don't want hair algae in there. Need to check your phosphate level.
 
Phosphate is at 0 turned lights on fpr only 3 hours a day and reduce alittle should i scrape the algae off
 
Wc or. Good. Skimming to remove docs. Rely on clean up crew for. Rest... Define good.. What are. Other water. Perams?
 
Your phosphates are probably reading 0 because the algae is consuming it. Are you using ro/di water? If not make sure you start and it has a tds of 000. The diatoms will go away as soon as the silicates are gone as reefing mentioned. I would get rid of the BHA though. That stuff will spread and get much worse if the source is not identified and dealt with.
