Don't verify a cycled tank with your eyes. Please test for ammonia before adding fish.

By the way it does look like diatoms to me. I see you used dry rock? Can you tell me more about the tank size and what you have for filtration?

65 gallon 36"x18"24" , yes it is dry rock about 30 Lbs and 15/20 Lbs of Fiji live with some coralline algae and sand is about 20/30 Lbs of dry sand rinse about 2-3x's with RODI
With Marineland Emperor 400 HoB

Is there a way to get ride of them or just time.

diatoms are fueled mainly by silicates but also dissolved organic compounds. so keep up on your water changes to keep no3 and po4 down, and only use 0 tds rodi water.
