Hey all, I just set up my first saltwater tank about a month ago and got a firefish goby about 5 days ago. I started noticing random orange/brown spots on my rock and I'm assuming that it's diatoms. So I guess I'm wondering if I should just let it run it's course or do my best to remove it manually? I read that diatoms usually grow on the sand bed but I haven't seen any on there just the rock. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
