Diatoms?

So I have this brown stuff on my rocks and sand, on my sand it goes away during night and the ones on the rock will produce bubbles during the day and on night with just room light/ambient light my rock seems to be green instead of brown that I see during the day, tanks is new only 1 month old seems like diatoms but just wanna make sure

Nitrate 10
Calcium 490
Alk 10

I agree that you have diatoms.

As long as you use pure RO/DI water, for all that you do, they should burn off their fuel and fade away.

Stay patient and it is normal, one month in.
