Diatoms?

My tank has loomed like this more about a month is it diatoms? I know they get their silica from new sand, which I have a 4 inch layer of, so, any ideas when it will go away and what can I do?

The last pic kinda looks like dino’s, unfortunately. Does it thin out at night?

If so, It will probably go away on its own since your tank is still new and maturing.
