Yeah let them run their course, you can put some CUC in there if you want but keep an eye on your parameters and let them do their thing. Diatoms are a beautiful site, life happening and tank is maturing, it's ugly now but enjoy the process!

What you can do to stay in control- You can reduce white light intensity a little, Add 1ml of liquid bacteria per 20 gals daily and blow it loose with a turkey baster to keep it from maturing.

Soo im using tropic marins test kit.. nitrates are good. But umm when I test for phosphates my liquid keeps coming back clear which isn’t possible
