I’m having a horrible time with diatoms. They’ve been in the tank for 3 weeks. I use RODI water. Tank has been up for 2 months. Anything I can do? I also have a uv light and phosguard

Just wait and keep a silica free RO…
They use sillica to build their frustules and it is not returned to water once they die, so if you do not add more sillica it just becomes substrate or gets skimmed over time.
