Diatoms?

I have an actual microscope on the way, but was curious if anyone could ID these based on their quantity/movement in this admittedly horrible quality video. Sample taken from my filter sock after cleaning off the glass (same stuff is all over my rockwork and sand). Thanks for taking the time to review!

This is the closest video I've found online, so looking like Dinos
