Did I cross contaminate?

Old tank water was at some point in my water containers and had water drops in a lot of them when I filled them at the LFS with Redsea mixed saltwater.

my old tank had ich in it. Did I cross contaminate to my new water ?

Possibly, but if just a drop it is unlikely.

Personally, I would not worry too much. Just run a towel over them next time to dry them.

I always rinse out buckets with tap water in the tub when im done using them so theyll be good for the other systems. Good habit to get into

Likely not as any old parasites would have been in a sense Fallow with no host and likely dead. New water wont necessarily rejuvenate them
