Did I get a dud EB8?

Several months ago, I bought a used Apex classic. It has sat in its shipping box until the past couple of weeks as I've started pulling together all the threads of this build. However, none of the outlets seem to work. I've hit the reset button, and plugged it into different outlets on the wall, but there's no power reaching the outlets. The little status light is green, and power is reaching the Apex brain, though. Did I get a dud, or is there something else I can do to reset it?

Have you tried switching them on from the head unit? I believe the outlets are in a normally off configuration until the brain turns them on.

What is the status of the individual outlets of the EB8 on your fusion dashboard? Are they set to off, auto or on?

I..um...am not terribly smart. It does, indeed, help enormously if you turn the outlets on in Fusion! Thanks, guys!
