Did i just screw up?

I just finished staining the stand for my new build. Problem is, I did it in the garage, which is where my tank and aquascape are sitting as well.
Do I need to worry about anything settling into the pores of the rock? Or will it just gas off?
It is an oil based stain and was hand wiped on. Rock is in the tank and top of tank is covered with cardboard.

Am I safe?

Can you just open the garage for a while and air it out ? I wouldn’t stress

Unless you got.it on the rock I wouldn't stress. Just rinse everything again

I doubt there is any issue. You did a wipe-on and didn't spray.

Now, if you had splashed any liquid on the rock, then that would be a different story.
