+1Why did you remove it?
I have two and the one under low light has grown back. The only time i have ever killed gsp is when i first started (nutes got crazy high) and when i put it under a really shadded spot. They like lower light but as long as they have some they do fine. Is it under a direct light source? Or off to the side of lighting?
I ran an experiment in my frag tank with gsp. One directly under my kessil 360w and one on the far edge of the tank where the light literally barely hit it. The one under the light directly did not do well. Never died, but small small polyps and never grew. One on the edge of tank grew lots and had nice long polyps. Just something to think about.
Okay thank you!Green Star Polyps are tough to kill. They are the creature in your favorite monster movie that you can shoot many times and it just keeps coming back. They are sensitive, so if you move them or change the conditions, they might hide for awhile.
Sorry I didn’t explain, it was covered in bubble algaeWhy did you remove it? It will take a few days to a couple weeks but it will come back. Just leave it alone
