My heater went out and the tank temp dropped to 69 degrees. Will this kill my clown fish and corals?

Replace the heater and raise the temp slowly. You could have some losses but you'll probably be ok.

Mine got to 68 a while ago and i had a few corals recede, but everything bounced back.

Most fish shouldn't have issues.

Thanks. My clown wouldn't eat tonight.

Low temp is WAY better than high temp. I’m hoping you see minimal effect. I should ask how long the temp was under 75? Good luck!

Two years ago my tank dropped to 68. Replaced heater all was well. No losses no sick fish you'll be ok.

It can cause shimmy, parasite, etc but they adjusted gradually as the temperature dropped. This action is similar to specimens in transit, so be optimistic as you should recover
