Did I leech copper in tank or paranoid?

I had a 2 little fishies plastic algea clamp in my QT tank for three weeks at 1.9ppm copper power. I recently placed it in my display tank. I had rinsed it in hot water, soaked for a few hours in white vinegar diluted and then a few hour rodi soak and let it dry overnight. I noticed one of my snails was acting funny but they do this from time to time anyway. Im running fresh carbon. Its a 40 gallon tank. Hanna checker said 0.01ppm in tank but it has an error range. Am I being paranoid?

Bucket safe to use after copper exposure?
