I had 2 Chromis and just added a Coral Beauty Angle and a Six Line Wrasse to my 100 Gal.

I plan on adding other fish down the road including Tangs. I recently read that the Six Line can wreck the tank.
I guess I should have looked into it more. It said semi-aggressive and reef safe?

I wonder if I should try to get him out now before any aggressiveness sets in?

Every fish is a little different. It's always hit or miss on if a fish will be a good citizen in your reef. I personally had to catch and sell my six line as once he got bigger he realized he was faster then everyone else and would pick on them. I have 1 yellow tang, 8 chromis, and a sleeper goby in a 65g long.

But you could get a nice sixline that takes care of all the pests and doesn't bother anybody. If anything I would add the sixline to the tank last so everybody else can get comfortable.

I would pick a different wrasse, pink streaks are like six lines but less evil. Then you could get other wrasses down the road. That six line most likely won’t tolerate other wrasses. Like stated above each fish is different, maybe you got the Mother Theresa of Sixlines.

If you have any plan to add any more wrasses I would absolutely remove him! If not you can try it and it might be ok. As stated above every fish is an individual but as a general rule all wrasses in this genus tend to be jerks.
