If so what can I do? I took a baster and shot water at it and pushed out a little of its feeding slime?... would that hurt it?

I think you are fine, all my LPS including my scoly shed slime when i handle them with my fingers and it never causes harm. I think its just closed up because its ingesting its meal which would be a good sign.

Okay perfect :) also is it bad that i fed 3 times? I fed last night a tiny amount of lrs frenzy and tonight i gave reefroids, i gave a small bit of it and then i just gave another small tiny amount both equaling maybe an 1/8th and a little more.

Your fine, you dont need a level of precision you seem to be worried about. I too worried about details like this before experience taught me that such level of precision is not required. Too much food will not harm your specimen unless we are talking about pouring bottles worth and blasting it with a lawn mower. The only effect it can have is causing an algae bloom, which again, while undesired, is not detrimental to the health of your coral. Corals can withstand quite a lot I have found, especially some of the LPS specifically.

Looks normal But Do control feedings. Easier to add food than remove it. 1-2 feedings per week is adequate. Fattening them up will not accelerate growth,.
