Did I score big?

so made my weekly visit to the lfs and these zoas caught my attention and since I never leave empty handed I picked them up. No idea what the popular name for these are but they are crazy bright and neon the picture doesn't do them justice. I scored this plug for $20 is that a good deal for whatever morph these are? There has to be around 18-20 polyps.

They look like radioactive dragon eyes. And the going rate for them are usually $20-$25 for a frag
