Did my micro torch get stung by the hammer?

Hey Everyone. I put a new hammer in my tank a few days ago, wasn’t around yesterday, lights started to come on today and I noticed 1 head of my micro torch looking like it’s dead. Did the hammer do this? Is there anything I can do to help it? Thanks!
