did my palys morph?

I have let my basic green palys take over my tanks like a cancer. I have just started removing the massive colonies of 200+ polyps. 3 questions-

1. One group has a few polyps that are brighter green. Is this a morph? Is this permanent? (see picture)

2. Is it even worth trying to sell these? I live in Atlanta.

3. My plan is to rip them off the rock using gauze and/or forceps (works ok). And then probably kalk smother/inject whatever is left. Any better advice?

Honestly I wouldn't sell them, but who knows, maybe someone will want them. Just be careful with removal. As hopefully you know, these are very toxic.
