Did my Tailspot Blenny get attacked?

Hey guys,
Need opinions on an unfortunate loss. I am on my 3rd week of a QT setup for my first batch of fish. Pair of Longnose Hawkfish, Tailspot Blenny and a Midas Blenny. Everyone has been doing great. Eatin (although they take the mysis/brine in and then spit it out and go after it again????) and getting along without any signs of aggression. I went away for 3 days and had someone check/feed on them. Arrived home last night and my all time favorite personality fish my Tailspot Blenny was floating on the bottom. Took him out and found what I think is a bite mark? Any thoughts or ideas?
3rd week of Chloroquine Phosphate and never any issues. See attached photos

Sorry for you loss.
The bite mark might have happen after it died.
Monitor you other fish closely, you never know.
Try to soak your Mysis in a garlic solution you can buy at your LFS and it will trigger your fish to eat and not spit it out anymore.

Ideally, there should be only 1 blenny in a tank...I bought the same
blenny but my bicolor blenny try to harrass the spotted tail so I had to return it to my LFS.

I agree. 2 Blenny's in a QT not a good idea.

If there was aggression while it was alive the tail would be bitten too.

Bites at the stomach occur after death, as fish in the tank are going for the food in the stomach.
