do you have uv running? no corals in tank correct?
ammonia level ?
running carbon? if,for how long since change?

No uv
yes coral but they are still miffed from vibrant dose what 3-4 weeks ago now
Ammonia I haven't tested in some time but will test later today.
Had a bag of carbon in for a few weeks but pulled it this past weekend.
Skimmer is skimming
Fleece is afleecing

gonna go check Amm right now. Water change will need to wait a few. I still need to break down the salt tank and rinse some more. I cleaned with bleach and rinsed the other night then let it sit 2 nights to dry.

Had me worried about ammonia so ran to check and reads 0.
I lied about the carbon though @fishguy242 I pulled the bag from the other tank but not the 120. I just pulled it from the sump.
Been in there since I dosed the vibrant Aug 24th. Think that could cause issue?
I can make some salt water in a brute if I really need to..

i think just change out carbon ,see what happens ,all levels in check.
run carbon 48-72 hours then remove, if clears no need for more.

Hey Dief its always good to keep UV on hand. Bacterial blooms is where they shine the most and have totally eradicated anything ive ran into with 24-48 hrs. Can you source a UV? May be good idea after letting that slime hit the system.

I've been wanting to get one.. well two but just dont have the funds at the moment. Almost had my hands on a

You dont need the 55 watt. Ive ran a small 32 or 40 watt second hand uv and bulb on my old 140 gallon total system. Ran that set up on my new tanks when I hit the cloudy water stage. A small one sitting in your sump recirculating water will do everything your needing it to do.

120 still going down hill
Turned off the lights and put some new carbon in a bag but the green uglies are taking over.
UV on order and should be here tomorrow sometime.

Took a trip to the lfs for some snails and biospria and couldn't leave without these little guys..
I kinda owed @TDiefRN a red blasto and I really liked the duncan!
Will need to turn off the flow later to get some better pics
