Dieing coral

My small zoanthid clony is starting to melt or shrivel up I'm not sure what's going on with it some of the heads completely fell off the frag. All my other coral is fine but that one any help appreciated thanks reefers!

I've had the same issues at times but they always seem t recover over time.
