Difference in ALK

I need a little input please. My current Nano ALK is 8.3. I am getting ready to transfer everything over to the new tank but the ALK on the new tank is and has been 10.5. How can I safely move my fish/coral over with such a difference with the ALK?

Mag on both tanks read 1290/ Calcium on new tank is 460 and on Nano it is 450.

Start raising the alk in the current tank. No more than about 1dkh per day. So really only need 1 day and then can move things over.

you can separately dose alk in your first tank. make sure it only doses alk, as many products change both alk and calcium at the same time. best of luck : )

Baking soda works fine. Here's a calculator. Keep in mind that if you have let's say a 10g tank, 3 of that could be rocks and sand leaving only 7 actual gallons etc....
