Difference in Sand

Just wondering if there is an actual beneficial difference between

CaribSea Ocean Direct vs Caribsea Arag-Alive Fiji?

I've read ocean direct actually contains bacteria from the ocean and is packaged slightly different, were else Arag Alive is probably a "cleaner" sand but different bacteria added.

Any opinions, has someone used both and prefered one over the other?

neither tropic eden brand like reef flakes! Add bacteria supplement if you need to. I have used a few different types of carbisea and find this other brand better imo

Unfortunately not available in Canada, and any site that does deliver to Canada would result in almost double the price.

That stinks that you can't get Tropic Eden there. It's great sand, imo.

I've never used the ocean direct from Caribsea. Only the Arag-Alive stuff. I would buy the Arag-Alive again. Hope someone that has used both chimes in for you soon.
