Different Size Fish when Purchasing Online?

I plan to buy my fish online, first a coral catshark, I've heard Liveaquaria and fishybusinessaquatics are the two best places online to buy fish from. The smaller Catshark is always the cheapest, is there a reason for that? Also is it a bad idea to put a baby snowflake eel and coral catshark both in the tank on the same day? Or suppose a coral catshark and tang?

You should always wait at least 1 month between fish to allow your bio load to catch up.
