Different Zoas? Gray Zoas? confused owner! ha

I just bought this frag about 2 weeks ago. It has not changed.
My question is why are some of them very colorful and the others gray. you can barely see a bit of orange shade on the gray ones if you look really close and hard. My other zoas, when new ones show, are always the same as the parent, not this dull gray color.

and, the grey ones don't close at night, they just stay open.

Ideas what might be happening?

Probably just a different variety of zoa but it's hard to tell from the picture. Some zoas do sort of stay open at night and some palythoa species, such as snake polyps, only open at night.
