This is the tank: 90x90x50 BTA dominated tank.

Current population:

3 x ocellaris
1 x diamond goby
1 x matted filefish
1 x tomini tang

Normally only the clowns are visible and I like that. I don't like fish that are all over the place reminding me that the tank is a cage.

This is the tank:

Appart from the clowns, no one appreciates the anemones, quite the opposite in fact. I remember the Tomini's first contact with a BTA, the poor guy seemed to have received an electric shock.

I need help in selecting more fish that are not much bothered by the anemones and will not create any conflicts with the existing population.

I suppose that most fish that swim all over the place are not good choices because those are the ones that will be most annoyed by the anemones.

The 3 clowns (an established couple + an extra) stick to just 1 of the anemones, the big orange drop.

Any suggestions?

I ordered 5 threadfin cardinals and 3 assessors, but unfortunately 1 of each species was dead on arrival.

So now there are 12 fish in the tank, but it doesn't look like it at all.

You could look at some species that are associated with anemones in the wild like bangaii cardinals, or invertebrates that would do the same such as porcelain crabs, sexy shrimp or anemone shrimp.

Love the tank by the way.

I have the same type of thing going on in my tank. I have a dozen BTA's in my 70g. Most of them are on the same rock but 3 are randomly around the tank. I like a lot of top swimmers so all the fish arent in the rock work. 2 zebra gobies, 5 chromis, 2 fairy wrasses are my out-and-about swimmers. Majestic angel is my bottom swimmer with the clowns.

12 fish is enough for now, but I will look into the shrimp and crabs.

There are 3 pumps:

A Coralbox QP9 creating the wave during daytime;
A Jebao RW8 sending flow at random speed accross a diagonal;
A Jebao RW4 at random speed connected to a battery backup so that it keeps running if the power is out.

Nice set up!I love the movement in the videos reminds me a waves!

I think the qp9 is too big and strong fot that tank.

Note to get that wave look, that's from the QP9 right?
