Digital Aquatics Archon

What is the name of the newtwork? I don't see anything close to Archon?

I rebooted the Archon and keep refreshing on my laptop and the Mac and still nothing. Im going to try and restart my router and see if that works.

I don't think there is a setup mode anymore. The hot spot is on continous now. Setup is on main menu now. Your router would have nothing to do with the Archon access point. It is is own wifi hot spot.

Thanks for the help guys. I am in on the Mac. Pushing the reset buttom seemed to work as the network was visible after. I still don't see it on my windows laptop, but I can set it up with the Mac and since it is in the same room with the Archon and my tank it is a win win.

I am not good with new tech stuff,,lol. I am trying to get my DCI module to work with one of my Jebao pumps. I don't even see the module listed as a choice in the function drop down menu for the channel 1 that I have the pump plugged into. I don't want to drive you all crazy with my questions so I will just have to play around with this more. I"m sure eventually I'll figure it all out. I will play around with it more this weekend when I have more time. I'm still working on filling the tank up so I have time.

The DCI is just a adapter. What ports do you have the DCI hooked too? Are they on the Archon or an APC module?

I plugged it into the 0-10v because that is where it fit. The pump into the DCI and the the power for the pump from the DC to channel 1 on a PB4.

Was that a 0-10v output on the Archon itself or the 0-10v output of a APC module. You have to program the port the DCI is plugged into and not the DCI. The DCI just converts the 0-10v output to 0-24v.

The APC function dosen't work on the Archon outputs only the APC module. That is why I was asking which output the DCI is connected.

Look for function "APC WaveMaker"

Ok I saw that function. Am I choosing this as the function on ch1 where the pump is plugged into?

Yes it is on the Archon. I don't have the APC module.

I don't have the APC module so will I be able to get the DCI to work?

Honestly I wish the user manual was more detailed. There isn't anything explaining to me how to get the various modules or adapters to work. That is why I loved my RK2 . It was so easy to set up, but limited in what it could do. Also why I stayed away from the Apex.
