Might not be the correct forum but I thought I'd share my experience with digital aquatics.
I sent in for repair a pb4 out of warranty and that had been opened previously before I purchased it and a sl2 v2 that I purchased from a member here that didn't work, the ph port didn't work on it.
Both out of warranty.
They estimated that repair cost would be 25 each.
I hadn't heard from them for 4-5 weeks and today they were on my doorstep.
Didn't have to pay shipping or any repair costs and they look brand new.
Just thought I'd give them a good review since there's so many bad ones out there regarding customer service.

I've sent modules to DA that I purchased second hand and they were all repaired at no charge. I've found DA to be very helpful with regard to customer service. Eric spent a ton of time working through programming to get my Sol's to work with the Archon. Very satisfied.

I have had nothing but great experience with all the digital aquatics products and customer service.
Love the Archon and the RKE units as well as the tried and true RKL!
Eric is Great with support!

I am kinda handy, so I replaced on/off switch on pb4 and also changed out couple bus connectors that I bought them off digit keys. I did call Eric and that where he pointed me to digit-key to buy. I worked back and forth with him on how to change names in the system, but turned out that v2 thingy pooped out. lol. Good customer services there for sure.
