I've been trying to get a PB4 hooked up to my RKE for almost 2 weeks now. I can't get support to call me back when I leave several messages. They were working with me thru e-mail, get about 2 e-mails a day. I have been trying to e-mail them all week, they seem to ignoring me. They did send me a replacement PB4, but I'm still having the same problem. All I want is to find out if I'm doing some thing wrong or give me some other ideas or something else. I would ask a question and not really get an answer to my question. I'm really trying to go with the flow, but my patience is running out. Help is all I'm asking. They got my money now leave us alone, you have a problem don't bother them. I have checked the BBB and they have a bad F rating for the company. And they seem to not really care what their rating is. Thanks for reading my rant.

There's a DA forum. That's your best bet. What's your question? Maybe some here can answer it for you.
